FlashParking, Inc. and Arrive Mobility, Inc. have merged to create an end-to-end touchless digital mobility platform combining FlashParking’s cloud-based mobility hub operating system with Arrive’s demand-management and consumer-facing parking technology. The combined company will provide integrated B2B and B2C parking and mobility solutions—covering wayfinding, reservations, digital payments and analytics—to thousands of parking operations and millions of consumers; Arrive was formerly a Baird Capital portfolio company.

ATL Partners-Led Group Invests Over $300 Million in Arrive Logistics

An investor group led by ATL Partners, with co-investors The Baupost Group, British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI), and Temasek, made an investment of more than $300 million in Arrive Logistics, taking a significant minority stake and becoming the company's largest investor. The capital — a mix of primary and secondary equity — will fund Arrive's investment in proprietary technology, new service offerings, geographic expansion (including Canada and Mexico), and team growth.

Arrive to Acquire Passport

Arrive, a global urban mobility platform, announced its intention to acquire Passport, a provider of parking compliance and curbside payment/enforcement technology used by more than 800 cities and private operators across North America. The planned deal would unify Passport’s enforcement, paid parking, and payment infrastructure into Arrive’s mobility management ecosystem to support cities’ transition toward autonomous-ready mobility.

Arrive Health Acquires Pharmacy Technology Assets from UPMC Enterprises

Arrive Health acquired a suite of patient engagement and pharmacy automation technologies developed by UPMC Enterprises and the UPMC Pharmacy Network, adding AI-driven virtual assistant and patient management capabilities to its affordability offerings. As part of the transaction, UPMC invested in Arrive Health to support scaling the solution, which Arrive will integrate to expand support across provider workflows and pharmacy operations.

Proximus Acquires EQT's Stake in Fiberklaar

Proximus has agreed to acquire EQT Infrastructure V’s majority stake in Fiberklaar for EUR 246 million, making Proximus the sole shareholder. Fiberklaar, headquartered in Ghent, is Flanders’ leading independent fiber-to-the-home provider and the transaction is intended to increase rollout efficiency and capture synergies to accelerate fiber deployment across Flanders.

Apax Partners and Warburg Pincus Acquire T-Mobile Netherlands for €5.1bn

Funds advised by Apax Partners and Warburg Pincus have agreed to acquire T-Mobile Netherlands Holding B.V. from Deutsche Telekom AG and Tele2 AB in a deal valuing the company at an enterprise value of €5.1 billion. Under the new ownership, T-Mobile Netherlands will become an independent Dutch company and the buyers plan to support management in accelerating network and fibre-to-the-home growth while continuing to expand its consumer and fixed-broadband customer base.
