(Gallagher) has completed the acquisition of Buck, a New York–headquartered provider of retirement plan consulting, health & welfare consulting, employee communications, and technology-enabled benefits administration services. The transaction represents H.I.G. Capital's exit after acquiring Buck in 2018 and supporting growth through strategic initiatives and add-on acquisitions.
