Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., through its U.S. wholesale division Risk Placement Services (RPS), acquired Metairie, Louisiana-based Forest Insurance Facilities. The acquisition expands Gallagher/RPS's wholesale and surplus lines capabilities in Louisiana; Forest's leadership team will remain in place and operate under RPS's Southeast region binding operations.
