Aryza Acquires Hubsolv

Aryza, a Pollen Street Capital‑backed provider of debt and insolvency software, has acquired Hubsolv, a Glasgow‑based case management and CRM software provider for the insolvency industry. The Hubsolv founders will join Aryza's management team to help integrate and expand the combined product suite to better serve the UK insolvency and debt management markets; the deal is subject to regulatory approval.
