Ascent Lifting Acquires CERTEX USA

Ascent Lifting, a Shorehill Capital portfolio company, completed the acquisition of CERTEX USA, a Phoenix-based distributor and fabricator of lifting and rigging products. The deal — financed by Twin Brook Capital Partners and GMB Capital Partners — expands Ascent's geographic footprint and service capabilities across the U.S.; CERTEX CEO Dee Schweigert becomes CEO of Ascent.
