The acquisition will integrate AR capabilities into Geodesial’s openBIM offering to accelerate growth and expand the Group’s end-to-end AEC (architecture, engineering & construction) software capabilities.

ASGN Incorporated (Everforth) to Acquire Quinnox for $290 Million

ASGN Incorporated Acquires GlideFast Consulting LLC

ASGN Incorporated (NYSE: ASGN) signed a definitive agreement to acquire GlideFast Consulting LLC for $350 million in cash. The deal provides ASGN with GlideFast’s elite ServiceNow consulting and implementation capabilities, and GlideFast’s team is integrated into Apex Consulting Services. ASGN later announced the acquisition closed, with GlideFast results added to ASGN’s financials beginning in Q3 2022.

Planview Acquires Tasktop

Planview has acquired Tasktop, a Vancouver-based leader in Value Stream Management, bringing Tasktop's team and technology into Planview to expand its Strategic Portfolio Management and enterprise agile planning capabilities. Tasktop's investors (including Sumeru Equity Partners, Elsewhere Partners and Yaletown Partners) and management rolled part of their equity and will retain a minority stake alongside Planview's majority shareholders TPG and TA Associates; terms were not disclosed.
