Astorg, a pan‑European private equity firm, has made an investment in ATTIKON Finanz AG, a leading German commercial insurance brokerage platform. Sigla remains invested alongside the founders and management; Astorg will support ATTIKON's buy‑and‑build strategy, digitization and expansion into MGA and complementary services.
