Avery Dennison to Acquire Meridian Adhesives Flooring Business for $390 Million

Avery Dennison has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the U.S.-based flooring adhesives business of Meridian Adhesives Group for $390 million, subject to customary closing and post-closing adjustments. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025 and will be integrated into Avery Dennison’s Materials Group.
