Axo AS, a Corsair-backed digital distributor of personal finance products, has acquired Defero AS, a Nordic digital credit-scoring and personal financial management platform. The acquisition will integrate Defero's consumer-focused credit analytics and tools into Axo's pan-Nordic platform to strengthen customer engagement and expand product capabilities across the region; financial terms were not disclosed.
