Azelis to Acquire DBH Osthandelsgesellschaft’s Distribution Business in Germany and CEE

The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024 and is intended to strengthen Azelis’ position in industrial chemicals and the AM&A market in Germany and the broader CEE region.
