Vitori Health, a Kansas City–based health plan operator, has acquired Flume Health's third-party administrator (TPA) operations. The deal transfers Flume's TPA team, clients, and administrative technology to Vitori so Flume can focus on its Relay data-exchange software platform, and expands Vitori's capacity and administrative capabilities for mid-market employer plans.
