Kyowa Industrial Co., Ltd. of Takasaki, Japan acquired Eidemiller Precision Machining of Milford, Michigan. The acquisition gives Kyowa a manufacturing footprint in the U.S. Midwest to better serve automotive and other manufacturing customers; Eidemiller's owner, Marty Eidemiller, sold the business to transition to retirement with advisory support from Calder Capital.
