Applied Industrial Technologies Acquires Hydradyne, LLC

The acquisition expands Applied’s Engineered Solutions capabilities and Southeastern U.S. footprint; Hydradyne’s ~500 associates across 33 locations are expected to contribute about $260 million in sales and $30 million in EBITDA before synergies.

United Flow Technologies Acquires Sydnor Hydro

Atlas Copco Acquires Hydra Flow West

Atlas Copco has acquired Hydra Flow West, a US-based distributor of compressor spare parts and accessories located in Walnut, California. The small, seven-employee business will become part of Atlas Copco's Compressor Technique service division to increase the group's presence on the US west coast and ensure timelier parts delivery; the purchase price was not disclosed.
