Pittsburgh-based automotive retailer #1 Cochran has acquired the Flynn Automotive Group, adding four dealerships (two in Boardman, one in East Liverpool and one in Columbiana) and a collision center. Most of Flynn Group’s approximately 225 employees are joining #1 Cochran, expanding the buyer’s footprint in eastern Ohio and increasing its store count and brand offerings in the Boardman/Youngstown market.

Penske Automotive Group Acquires Bill Brown Ford

Penske Automotive Group has acquired Bill Brown Ford, a longtime Ford dealership located in Livonia, Michigan, expanding Penske’s North American retail footprint in the Midwest. The acquisition includes more than 200,000 square feet of facilities across 29 acres (dealership, pre-owned facility, fleet maintenance and collision center) and is expected to add about $550 million in estimated annualized revenue.
