NanoVibronix, Inc. Acquires ENvue Medical Holdings Corp.

NanoVibronix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NAOV) completed a stock-for-stock acquisition of ENvue Medical Holdings Corp., adding ENvue's FDA 510(k)-cleared electromagnetic navigation enteral feeding system to NanoVibronix's medical device portfolio. The transaction, which issued NanoVibronix common and Series X preferred shares to ENvue holders and was accompanied by a $500,000 senior convertible debenture private placement, is intended to expand commercial reach, product capabilities and operational efficiencies in enteral feeding and guided medical navigation.

Vorsana Environmental Acquires NanosTech

Vorsana Environmental Inc. has acquired NanosTech, a University of Calgary–linked developer of nano-catalyst in-situ upgrading technology (ISUT). The acquisition strengthens Vorsana’s cleantech portfolio—combining NanosTech’s catalytic upgrading and ISUT with Vorsana’s waste-to-fuel and carbon capture technologies to accelerate commercialization and reduce GHG emissions in Canada’s energy sector.

Bruker Corporation Acquires NanoString Technologies Business

Bruker Corporation has acquired substantially all assets of NanoString Technologies, Inc. through a court-supervised Chapter 11 asset sale for approximately $392.6 million in cash plus assumption of certain liabilities. The deal, announced April 2024 and closed in late April/early May 2024, brings NanoString's spatial biology and gene-expression product lines into Bruker to preserve customer access, product development, and jobs while expanding Bruker's life‑science instrumentation capabilities.

Unchained Labs Acquires NanoView Biosciences

Medtronic Acquires Nano Surface Technology Assets from Nanovis

Financial terms were not disclosed; the deal transfers Nanovis’ bone-growth nanotechnology (including rights related to Sites Medical’s OsteoSync titanium pads) to Medtronic for integration into its spinal implant portfolio.

Scienta Scientific AB Acquires Envinet GmbH
