AHF Products Acquires LM Flooring

AHF Products, a leading U.S. hardwood flooring manufacturer based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, will acquire LM Flooring, a global engineered hardwood flooring manufacturer with U.S. operations in Carrollton, Texas and production in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. The deal (expected to close within 30 days of the announcement) expands AHF's brand portfolio and adds sawn- and sliced-face engineered manufacturing capacity to support increased U.S. demand.
