WJ Partners supported its portfolio company Power-Utility Products Co. (PUPCO) in the acquisition of NAPAC, a master distributor of valves, flanges and fittings serving the waterworks and fire suppression markets. The add-on expands PUPCO's product offering and geographic footprint (adding Worcester, MA and Jacksonville, FL locations), complements prior 2022 add-on MIROC, and was financed by Fifth Third Bank; NAPAC will continue operating under its existing brand with Brian Wilbur remaining general manager.

The firm plans to invest in PUPCO's logistics infrastructure and sales team to accelerate growth; First Tennessee Bank provided debt financing to support the transaction.

Core & Main Acquires UPSCO

Core & Main Inc. has completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of UPSCO Inc. and two affiliated entities. The deal adds UPSCO's prefabricated meter set fabrication, distribution of pipes, valves and fittings, and HDPE fusion piping solutions to Core & Main's existing meter and fabrication capabilities to better serve utilities and contractors.

Redwire Acquires Roccor

Terms were not disclosed; the deal adds Roccor’s flight‑proven hardware to the Redwire platform (a company formed and backed by private equity firm AE Industrial Partners) to expand Redwire’s space infrastructure capabilities.
