The deal expands Red5's product capabilities and strengthens its operational presence in Latin America, with Dale's co-founder Raphael Japiassu Gonçalves joining Red5 as VP of Sales for LATAM.

Bain Capital and Italian asset manager Nextalia SGR have agreed to acquire Deltatre, a global sports and entertainment technology provider, from Bruin Capital. Deltatre, headquartered in Turin with over 1,000 employees and expected 2022 revenue of about $180M, provides OTT streaming, graphics, data and broadcast solutions to major sports leagues and media companies; the deal has been reported to value the company between $700–$900 million.
