Sabai Group LLC, a provider of biosafety and human research protection services, has acquired Alpha Independent Review Board, LLC (Alpha IRB), an AAHRPP-accredited IRB headquartered in San Clemente, California. The acquisition expands Sabai's institutional review capabilities and integrates Alpha IRB's late-stage multi-center review expertise into Sabai's IRB, IBC, and cell/gene therapy service offerings; Alpha IRB founder Marianne Thornton joins Sabai's board.
