Majesco, a global provider of cloud insurance platform software, has acquired Utilant LLC, a U.S.-based InsurTech offering survey management SaaS for loss control and premium audit along with AI/ML data and analytics. The deal adds over 87 Utilant customers to Majesco, and Majesco will launch a new Data and Analytics business unit led by Utilant founder Patrick Davis to accelerate embedded analytics and loss-control capabilities for P&C insurers.
