Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche senior debt financing and an equity co-investment to support BV's investment; proceeds will fund Hardenbergh's strategic growth plan and expansion of its GRC and staffing capabilities.

Stella Acquires U.S. Assets of Field Trip Health
