ReachOut Technology, a Chicago-based IT and cybersecurity firm, has acquired RedGear, LLC, an El Paso–based provider of IT services, structured cabling and secure access control. The deal adds nearly $4 million of revenue and expands ReachOut's capabilities in education and government (including CMMC/DoD compliance) markets.

ReachOut Technology, a Mokena, Illinois-based IT services and cybersecurity firm, has acquired Singer Networks LLC, a Skokie, Illinois–based MSP specializing in healthcare IT. Financial terms were not disclosed; the deal expands ReachOut’s presence in healthcare-focused IT and cybersecurity services and brings Singer Networks’ founder Lisa Singer into the ReachOut organization.

CloudScale365 Acquires Your Tech Team, LLC

The deal expands CloudScale365’s presence in the Tri-State/Northeast market and brings Your Tech Team’s managed services, cybersecurity and cloud capabilities and client relationships into CloudScale365’s platform; owner Richard O’Keefe will join as Managing Director of the Tri‑State Market.

Unilever Acquires Yasso Holdings, Inc.

Unilever has agreed to acquire Yasso Holdings, Inc., a U.S. premium frozen Greek yogurt brand, to bolster the premiumisation of its Ice Cream Business Group in North America. The acquisition, announced from Unilever's Englewood Cliffs office, will add Yasso's better‑for‑you frozen dessert portfolio (sold in grocery and club stores nationwide) to Unilever's ice cream brands and is expected to close in Q3 2023 subject to approvals.

Davidson Kempner / Afendis-backed Glacier Acquires YSCO

Davidson Kempner Capital Management, supported by operating partner Afendis Capital Management, has completed the acquisition of ice cream producer YSCO through its Glacier ice cream investments platform. The deal brings YSCO together with Gelato d'Italia to create one of the largest third‑party ice cream manufacturers globally (combined revenues in excess of €600 million); YSCO operates production sites in Belgium and France and distributes up to 200 million liters annually.

Technology Commerce Management (TCM), an AI-driven e‑commerce aggregator based in Herzliya Pituach, Israel, has acquired influencer-marketing platform NinjaOutreach. TCM said it will integrate NinjaOutreach into its suite of e‑commerce optimization technologies and apply its AI/ML capabilities to grow subscription revenue and support influencer marketing campaigns for its portfolio stores.
