ByNext, a New York-based tech-enabled home services operator, has acquired WashBox, a Los Angeles-based laundry and dry cleaning locker/delivery company, to accelerate its expansion into the Los Angeles and Southern California markets. WashBox’s founder and CEO Shay Kalmanovich will join ByNext as VP and General Manager of the West Coast as the business is integrated onto ByNext’s technology platform and customers migrate to the ByNext app.

Rinse Acquires Chicago-Based Dryv

Rinse, the San Francisco-based on-demand laundry and dry-cleaning service, has acquired Dryv, a Chicago-based dry cleaning and laundry provider, to accelerate its expansion in the Chicago market. The acquisition gives former Dryv customers access to Rinse’s broader service set — including subscription offerings and corporate laundry benefits — and strengthens Rinse’s national footprint.

Rinsed Acquires Ignite Wash

Trash Butler Acquires WellKept

Trash Butler, a Tampa-based doorstep trash and recycling valet provider, acquired WellKept, a multifamily property services firm, to strengthen its position as the second-largest doorstep waste provider in the U.S. The prior owners of WellKept retain a material ownership stake in Trash Butler and will support business development and operations; terms were not disclosed.

Butler Home Products (Bradshaw International) Acquires Clean Ones

The deal follows a $20M Series B strategic investment from Level 5 Capital Partners and strengthens 2ULaundry's footprint across multiple states while adding The Folde's delivery-first operations and team.
