One Rock Capital Partners, in partnership with Metropoulos & Co., completed the acquisition of Nestlé Waters North America from Nestlé S.A. The deal transfers NWNA — the Stamford-based bottled water business that includes brands like Poland Spring and the ReadyRefresh delivery service and ~7,200 employees — to new private ownership to operate as an independent company focused on growth and operational improvement.

FreshPure Waters Acquires Aqua Solutions

FreshPure Waters, a New Mexico-based bulk water vending operator, has acquired Aqua Solutions, a longtime vendor of high-end water-refill machines for grocery stores, to expand its national footprint and strengthen service capabilities in the Western United States. The acquisition follows FreshPure’s October 2023 purchase of Arctic Mountain and further grows FreshPure’s presence (now in 43 states).
