UDlive will be integrated into Badger Meter’s BlueEdge suite alongside SmartCover to expand Badger Meter’s global sewer line monitoring footprint.

SmartCover Systems Acquires Data Flow Systems

SmartCover Systems, a portfolio company of XPV Water Partners, has completed the acquisition of Data Flow Systems, a Melbourne, Florida provider of lift station monitoring, control and optimization solutions. The deal expands SmartCover's collection system optimization capabilities to include lift station control, creating a combined business with more than 20,000 deployed devices and service to over 850 North American customers.

Capstreet-backed WIN-911 Acquires SyTech and Rebrands as SmartSights

The combined company will operate under the new brand SmartSights to expand operational intelligence, reporting and analytics capabilities for industrial customers.

Grundfos Acquires Metasphere
