Bentley Systems Acquires NoteVault

Bentley Systems has acquired NoteVault, a provider of voice-based field automation for construction management, to integrate voice-driven reporting into its SYNCHRO digital construction environment. Financial terms were not disclosed; Bentley will fold NoteVault’s capabilities into SYNCHRO to improve field data capture and construction reporting accuracy.
