Berkshire Partners Makes Strategic Growth Investment in Electric Power Engineers

Electric Power Engineers (EPE), an Austin-based power systems engineering and consulting firm, received a strategic growth investment from Boston-based private equity firm Berkshire Partners. Lime Rock New Energy, the prior investor from 2021, has fully realized its investment; EPE management will remain significant investors and continue to lead the company. Advisory firms on the transaction were AEC Advisors for EPE and Houlihan Lokey for Berkshire.
