Blackstone Makes Minority Investment in Sia Partners (up to €250M)

Funds managed by Blackstone's private equity strategy will make a minority investment of up to €250 million in Sia Partners. Founder and CEO Matthieu Courtecuisse retains a significant majority stake and will continue to lead the firm; the capital will support Sia's U.S. expansion, capability development (notably in AI), and strategic M&A.
