BMS CAT (Blackmon Mooring & BMS CAT) has acquired CATCON, a nationally licensed disaster recovery firm specializing in reconstruction and renovation of multi-family, commercial and industrial properties. The deal expands BMS CAT's reconstruction capabilities and is the fourth strategic acquisition in its growth plan to strengthen its national restoration footprint.
