Boise Cascade Completes Acquisition of Holden Humphrey

Boise Cascade Company completed its previously announced acquisition of Humphrey Company, Inc. d/b/a Holden Humphrey, a two-step distributor of building materials serving customers in New England, New York, and New Jersey. Beacon Acquires Coastal Construction Products

OrePac Building Products Acquires Western Timber Products

OrePac Building Products, a family-owned wholesale supplier based in Wilsonville, Oregon, has agreed to acquire Western Timber Products, a specialty softwood lumber and custom millwork manufacturer headquartered in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The deal, announced Feb. 26, 2024, is expected to close around early April 2024 and will keep Western Timber's owner Dan Seid involved to assist in the transition.

Cooper Lumber Acquires Thomasville Lumber Company, Inc.

Cooper Lumber (The Cooper Group, Inc.) has acquired Thomasville Lumber Company, Inc., a family-owned pine sawmill that produces rough and dressed pine lumber for domestic and export markets. The acquisition, finalized in February 2024, increases Cooper Lumber's pine production capacity and consolidates operations in the southeastern United States to better meet growing customer demand.

Patrick Industries Acquires Inland Plywood Company
