Accenture has acquired Morphus, a Brazil-based cyber defense, risk management and threat intelligence services provider, expanding Accenture’s cybersecurity capabilities and footprint in Brazil and across Latin America. Morphus — founded in 2003 and headquartered in Fortaleza with offices in Recife, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Santiago — brings a research lab and more than 230 security professionals; financial terms were not disclosed.

Ankura Acquires UnitedLex's Managed Detection and Response Business

Eli Lilly Acquires Morphic

Eli Lilly agreed to acquire Morphic Holding, Inc. for $57 per share (approximately $3.2 billion) to expand its immunology and gastroenterology pipeline with Morphic's oral integrin therapies, including MORF-057. Lilly commenced a tender offer that was completed (with subsequent second-step merger) and the transaction closed in August 2024.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) announced it will acquire Morpheus Data, a software provider for hybrid cloud management and platform operations. The deal is expected to close in early Q4, and Morpheus’ technology will enhance HPE GreenLake with multi-vendor/multi-cloud provisioning, orchestration and automation, plus FinOps capabilities.
