Bow River Capital Provides Acquisition Financing to Unifeye Vision Partners

Bow River Capital's Private Credit Team provided a senior acquisition credit facility to support Unifeye Vision Partners (UVP), a portfolio company of Waud Capital Partners. The financing will support UVP's add-on acquisition growth—helping expand its network of ophthalmology and optometry practices and ambulatory surgery centers, including entry into the Texas market and further West Coast expansion.
