Boyd Gaming Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiary Boyd Interactive Gaming Inc., entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Pala Interactive LLC and its subsidiaries for $170 million in cash. The acquisition is intended to advance Boyd’s iGaming strategy by gaining full control of Pala’s online gaming technology and services and integrating them with Boyd’s land-based operations.
