BP Energy Partners Acquires Odessa American Industrial Machine (AIM)

BP Energy Partners (BPEP) has acquired a majority stake in Odessa American Industrial Machine (AIM) from AAVIN Equity Advisors. AIM is a regional provider of mission-critical repair, fabrication and aftermarket parts for natural gas compressors based in Odessa, Texas; BPEP said the investment supports the firm’s strategy to build capabilities across the natural gas value chain and accelerate AIM’s next phase of growth.
