Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) has entered into an agreement to sell its portfolio company NMi Group (NMi) to Bridgepoint, a private asset growth investor. The deal’s completion is subject to customary regulatory approvals and works council advice, and financial terms were not disclosed.
