Payment Alliance International (PAI), a Brink's company, has acquired Texas-based TouchPoint 21, a provider of ATM and cash-management outsourcing and ITM deployments. The deal brings TouchPoint 21's ATM-as-a-Service managed-service capabilities, in-house servicing and armored teams together with PAI's portfolio management tools to expand PAI's service offering and support financial-institution branch transformation.

The Brink's Company to Acquire NCR Atleos in $6.6 Billion Cash-and-Stock Deal

The Brink's Company entered into a definitive agreement to acquire NCR Atleos Corporation in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at approximately $6.6 billion. The deal consideration includes $2.2 billion in cash, 13.3 million Brink's shares, and the assumption of about $2.6 billion of NCR Atleos indebtedness, with expected closing in the first quarter of 2027 subject to customary approvals.

Centre Technologies Acquires NetLink Solutions

Interlink Electronics Acquires Calman Technology Limited

(Nasdaq: LINK) acquired all of the stock of Calman Technology Limited, a Scotland-based designer and manufacturer of membrane keypads, graphic overlays and printed electronics, for approximately $5.0 million. The acquisition adds Calman's manufacturing capabilities, engineering talent, and European presence to Interlink's sensor and printed-electronics portfolio and increases Interlink's annual revenue run rate.

Euronet Worldwide Acquires Dolphin Debit

Euronet Worldwide completed the acquisition of Dolphin Debit, a U.S.-based full-service ATM outsourcing provider that manages more than 1,900 ATMs for roughly 300 bank and credit union customers. The deal expands Euronet's ATM outsourcing footprint in the United States and enables Dolphin customers to access Euronet's advanced payments technologies and scale.

NCR Corporation Acquires Cardtronics

NCR Corporation has completed its acquisition of Cardtronics in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $2.5 billion including debt. Cardtronics is now a wholly owned subsidiary of NCR, a move NCR says will accelerate its "NCR as a Service" strategy and expand its payments and ATM capabilities.
