BuildTec Software Group Acquires Majority Stake in DigiPara GmbH

BuildTec Software Group, a European construction-software platform created by funds advised by BU (Bregal Unternehmerkapital), has acquired a majority stake in DigiPara GmbH, a Frechen, Germany–based provider of BIM elevator and escalator design software. The deal expands BuildTec's product portfolio (complementing SEMA and other holdings), supports accelerated product development and cross-selling, and secures continuity for DigiPara's customers and employees.

H.I.G. Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Infratech Bau GmbH

Capital has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Infratech Bau GmbH, a Meppen-based general contractor that builds FTTH broadband networks across northern and western Germany. The founders will remain in management and retain a significant share; H.I.G. said it will support Infratech's nationwide growth organically and through selected acquisitions.
