Bullish, a technology company building financial services for the digital assets sector, announced its intention to go public on the New York Stock Exchange through a business combination/merger with Far Peak Acquisition Corporation (NYSE: FPAC), a SPAC. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2021 and includes about US$600 million of net cash in trust and US$300 million of committed PIPE anchored by EFM Asset Management.
