Bureau Veritas to Acquire Sólida and London Building Control

Bureau Veritas signed agreements to acquire Sólida, a renewables owner’s engineering and technical advisory provider based in Madrid, and London Building Control, a UK building control approver with offices across the UK. The acquisitions are intended to advance Bureau Veritas’ LEAP | 28 strategy by expanding its capabilities in Europe’s energy transition and buildings & infrastructure markets. Bureau Veritas expects to close both transactions in the next few weeks.
