BWX Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BWXT) completed its acquisition of Kinectrics, Inc. for an approximately $525 million deal announced earlier in January 2025. Kinectrics will operate as a BWXT subsidiary within the Commercial Operations segment, with David Harris continuing to lead the organization and reporting to BWXT Commercial Operations President John MacQuarrie.
