Houston-based CPA and advisory firm Calvetti Ferguson acquired Dallas-based tax-focused CPA firm Gummer Group, LLC effective December 1, 2023. The deal expands Calvetti Ferguson’s Dallas footprint and family office tax capabilities, increasing the Dallas office headcount and bringing additional expertise in real estate and oil & gas tax work.
