365 Retail Markets to Acquire Cantaloupe in All-Cash Deal

Cantaloupe, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTLP) entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by 365 Retail Markets, LLC in an all-cash transaction with an equity value of approximately $848 million. Under the terms of the deal, Cantaloupe shareholders will receive $11.20 per share in cash, and the transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2025, subject to customary conditions.

Cantaloupe will integrate SB Software's Vendmanager and Coffeemanager products with its payments, POS and cloud solutions to provide real-time analytics, integrated payments and standardized payment processing across SB Software's customer base.

OrderYOYO Acquires Foodticket
