(“Twenty One”) announced the confidential filing of a draft registration statement on Form S-4 with the SEC for their proposed business combination. The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, including approval of CEP’s shareholders, after which Twenty One plans to operate as a Bitcoin-focused public company.
