WNS (Holdings) Limited has acquired London-based The Smart Cube and Warsaw-based OptiBuy to strengthen its procurement, supply chain analytics, and procurement platform implementation capabilities. The Smart Cube deal was valued at $125.0 million (including earn-outs) and adds ~800 employees and analytics platform capabilities; OptiBuy was purchased for €30.0 million (including earn-outs) and brings ~90 employees and European procurement platform expertise.

Wipro Acquires Capco from CD&R for $1.45 Billion

Wipro Limited agreed to acquire Capco, a London-headquartered management and technology consultancy focused on financial services, for $1.45 billion. The transaction represents an exit for Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (which held a majority stake) and builds Wipro's capabilities in digital consulting and transformation for banking, capital markets, wealth management and insurance clients.

WNS Acquires Kipi.ai

Curtiss-Wright Acquires WSC, Inc.

Curtiss-Wright Corporation completed the acquisition of WSC, Inc. for approximately $34 million in cash. WSC, a Frederick, Maryland–based provider of nuclear and process plant simulation and digital twin technology with roughly $15 million of 2023 revenue and about 45 employees, will operate within Curtiss-Wright's Naval & Power segment to expand its advanced simulation and digital capabilities for commercial nuclear, process and defense end markets.

WNS Acquires Vuram

WNS (Holdings) Limited has acquired Vuram, a Chennai-based enterprise automation services provider, for $165.0 million including up-front payment and expected earn-outs. The deal expands WNS' intelligent automation, low-code and ML-enabled process capabilities, is expected to add ~2% to WNS' net revenue in fiscal 2023, and to be accretive to adjusted earnings.

WGSN (Apax-backed) Acquires IWSR from Bowmark Capital

WGSN, controlled by funds advised by Apax Partners LLP, has acquired IWSR, the global leader in data, analytics and insights for the beverage alcohol industry, from Bowmark Capital. The acquisition—supported by Apax following its January 2024 acquisition of WGSN—strengthens WGSN's AI, data analytics and long-range forecasting capabilities; terms were not disclosed and the deal closed in June 2025.
