Capitol Pain Institute (CPI), a PE-backed interventional pain management platform, has acquired three physician practices—Springs Rehabilitation; Spinal Diagnostics and Regenerative Medicine; The Peak Physical Medicine—and The Ascent Surgery Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The transactions, backed by Iron Path Capital, mark CPI’s first entry into Colorado and expand the platform’s clinic and ambulatory surgical center footprint to a fifth U.S. state.
