(CBC) in partnership with founder Mike Green and other shareholders, with Stellus Capital Management providing unitranche financing and an equity co-investment. CBC (now rebranded as Informativ) provides cloud-based credit reporting, compliance and identity-verification software for auto dealers and consumer finance lenders across the United States; the transaction is intended to support growth acceleration and platform expansion.
