CareMax Acquires DNF Medical Centers to Expand Central Florida Presence

CareMax, a technology-enabled value-based care provider for seniors, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DNF Medical Centers, a medical practice with six centers in the Orlando metro area serving about 4,000 Medicare Advantage members. CareMax plans to use DNF as a foundation to expand in Central Florida and the Tampa Bay region, leveraging its CareOptimize platform, sales and marketing infrastructure, and growth initiatives. The acquisition has since been reported as closed.
