Catalyst Acoustics Group completed its acquisition of Curb Technologies, LLC (“Curb Tech”), a manufacturer of custom roof curbs for commercial HVAC systems. The deal expands Catalyst’s HVAC vibration isolation and rooftop support offerings and broadens Curb Tech’s access to Catalyst’s scale, resources, and distribution channels. Financial terms were not disclosed.
