CBRE Group Agrees to Acquire J&J Worldwide Services from Arlington Capital Partners

CBRE Group has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire J&J Worldwide Services, a provider of engineering services, base support operations, and facilities maintenance for the U.S. federal government, from Arlington Capital Partners. The deal has an initial $800 million cash purchase price with potential earn-out/contingent consideration of up to $250 million, for total consideration of up to $1.05 billion, subject to performance thresholds.
