Sirius XM Radio Inc., a subsidiary of SiriusXM Holdings Inc., has acquired Cloud Cover Media, Inc., the operator of Cloud Cover Music, a subscription music-for-business platform. The acquisition expands SiriusXM's commercial music offerings by adding Cloud Cover Music's tech platform, licensing capabilities and enterprise account team to SiriusXM Music for Business and Pandora for Business.

Sirius Computer Solutions Acquires Champion Solutions Group

Liberty Media Completes Split-Off and Merger to Create Independent Sirius XM Holdings Inc.

Liberty Media completed the split-off of Liberty Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (New Sirius) and effected a merger in which a wholly owned subsidiary of New Sirius merged with and into Sirius XM Inc., leaving Old Sirius as a wholly owned subsidiary of New Sirius. The reorganization results in New Sirius (renamed Sirius XM Holdings Inc.) becoming an independent, publicly traded company listed on Nasdaq under the symbol SIRI.

CDW Corporation Acquires Enquizit

CDW Corporation acquired Enquizit, an AWS cloud services provider, to strengthen CDW's Public Sector Cloud Services practice and expand capabilities in application modernization, cloud transformation and cybersecurity. The acquisition adds Enquizit's SkyMap AI-powered cloud migration accelerator and experienced public sector delivery team to CDW's offerings; terms were not disclosed.
